Returns Eligibility

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for safety and health reasons.

You may request a return or replacement if:

• Your order arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

• Your order is missing items

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer either:

• A full refund, or

• A free replacement

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used spice products

• Orders returned due to taste preference

• Orders damaged after delivery due to improper storage

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• A brief explanation of the issue

3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Costs

• If the issue is our fault (damaged, incorrect, or missing item), we cover all replacement shipping.

• We do not refund shipping for orders delivered correctly.
